Between February 25 and March 4, the 1st international piano competition Ljubljana Festival took place in Ljubljana. An unforgettable week is behind us!
Top young pianists presented their interpretations, who completely charmed us with extremely demanding and inspiring performances.
Congratulations to the winner Kai-Min Chang, who convinced the 9-member jury, to the runners-up Yuanfan Yang and Kostandin Tashko for the 6th prize, and congratulations to Ilja Šmukler, Yuanfan Yang, Jonathan Mak and Urban Stanič for the special awards.
Sincere congratulations to the other competitors as well, we wish everyone much success in their further careers.
The competition was very intense and tiring, both for the competitors and the technical team, but all the participants were rewarded with an unforgettable experience.
Thanks also go to the jury, led by renowned pianist and professor Dubravka Tomšič Srebotnjak, who had an extremely difficult task in evaluating the performances.
Congratulations to the entire organizing team of the Ljubljana Festival for the unique performance of the competition.
Many thanks to Mr. Paolo Fazioli and Luca Fazioli for all their support during the competition and their visit to Slovenia.
We are proud to continue the winning streak of Fazioli pianos in international competitions with our Fazioli F278 piano.
